Morwenna is a lively, enthusiastic and professional teacher experienced with pupils of all ages. Other than private tuition, Morwenna has coached ensembles at the Junior Department of the Royal Academy of Music and as part of the LSO Discovery Fusion Orchestra. She is also a member of the teaching staff for Music In Offices, an innovative company who provide tuition geared specifically to the needs of the corporate musician.

A third generation music teacher, Morwenna was brought up to understand the importance of music education. She started playing the cello at the age of three on the Suzuki method, and attended the Junior Department of the Royal College of Music for ten years. She has been lucky enough to study with some of the most renowned cello teachers throughout the world since then, including Steve Doane, Josephine Knight, Karine Georgian, Alexander Baillie and Bernard Greenhouse, and hopes to pass on everything she has learned from them to her own pupils.

A graduate of the Royal Academy of Music, the Eastman School of Music (New York), and Cambridge University, she holds a number of music teaching and performing qualifications, including the LRAM teaching diploma (with distinction), MA Hons (Cambridge University - Music, II.I), Postgraduate Performance Diploma (RAM - Distinction), DipRAM (RAM - for outstanding final recital), MMus (Eastman School of Music, NY, USA), and an Orchestral Studies Diploma (Eastman School of Music)

She offers ABRSM grade tuition, and is also available for practice supervision and for music theory tuition (at an additional rate).
